The application bridges the gap between Western medicine and holistic treatments, offering patients a personalized, evidence-based approach to natural healing. By leveraging clinical trials and curated recommendations, the brand looks to empower users to discover remedies tailored to their personal needs.
The challenge was to develop a name and visual identity that communicated the connection of eastern and western medical practices, innovation, and balance. We needed to craft a brand that felt approachable yet professional, reflecting the brand's mission to unify the worlds of Western medicine and holistic healing.
Our process began with exploring names that were soft, approachable, and aligned with Ginger’s values of care and connection. After careful deliberation, we selected “Ginger,” a name that evokes natural healing, warmth, and trust. the name was selected due to its ability to effortlessly connect to the eastern values associated with holistic healing, which ginger being an important ingredient in many natural remedies. From there, we crafted a logo that symbolises the seamless bridge between Western and holistic medicine, incorporating elements that represent harmony, health, and also linking to the east and west story behind the brand. The resulting design captures the essence of Ginger’s mission to provide a personalised, evidence-based natural remedy experience. With the name and logo finalised, we developed a comprehensive brand toolkit to help Ginger create a complete harmony between all visual brand communications.
